FAQ’S

How far in advanced should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability of materials and allow time for customization.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept payments through Zelle or cash. Please feel free to choose the method that’s most convenient for you when placing your order.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do offer delivery! However, there is a delivery fee that varies depending on the distance. Feel free to contact us for more details on delivery options and pricing.

Policy 

*Place your order 1 week in advance for a small bouquet (1-20 roses) and 2 weeks for a large bouquet (more than 20 roses)

*A 50% deposit required for each order. If you decide to cancel your order, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

*Please be on time to pick up orders. When a costumer is more than 30 minutes late with no communication a late fee will be applied to your remaining balance. 
*My time is just as valuable as yours please respect it.Being late delays errands to do and pushes back other orders.Please communicate with me to avoid any of these problems. I do understand that unexpected things happen. Please be open and honest.
